Frequently Asked Questions

Can benefits be shared or transferred?

Membership benefits are non-transferable, except for the annual guest pass. All other services and discounts are for the named member only. What happens if I miss a monthly treatment?

Unused monthly facials or quarterly treatments may roll over within the membership year but must be redeemed before the plan expires. Benefits do not carry over into the following year.

Are there any exclusions for discounts?

Member discounts do not apply to promotional packages or combined offers, but may be used on regular-priced services and products.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Members may upgrade to our Elite or Platinum plans at any time for an additional fee, gaining access to expanded benefits such as laser hair removal, body sculpting, and more. What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no services have been utilized. Early cancellation after services have been used will result in a prorated refund based on standard retail pricing.
